I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who genuinely cared about my stay. The downtown location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the room was modern and clean, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. While I enjoyed most of my time there, I found that the dining options could have been more varied and the noise levels a bit high at times due to the busy surroundings.
